Who is appropriate to refer
- Adults who need more clinical structure than weekly therapy
- Patients stepping down from inpatient or residential care
- Patients with worsening depression, anxiety, trauma, or mood symptoms
- Patients whose functioning at work, home, or school is declining
- Patients whose family supports are exhausted or overwhelmed
- Patients who have plateaued in outpatient therapy
What we coordinate
- Same-week assessment when clinically appropriate
- Updates to the referring clinician with proper consent
- Coordination with prescribing psychiatrists, primary care, and outside specialists
- Step-down planning back to your outpatient care
- Clear, written discharge summaries
What we ask from you
- A brief clinical summary or recent note (if comfortable and consented)
- Current medications and prescribing provider
- Safety considerations
- Preferred level of communication
What you can expect from us
- Returned calls within one business day
- Honest assessment recommendations, including "this isn't the right level of care"
- No fee, gift, or kickback structures of any kind — clinical referrals only
- Discharge summaries sent within 5 business days of discharge
