Commute times to our Alpharetta clinic.

Mendwell is located in the Deerfield Corporate Centre at 13010 Morris Road, just off GA-400 and Windward Parkway. We serve as the primary adult mental health PHP and IOP hub for the following North Fulton communities.

Alpharetta · Downtown, Avalon, Windward

Our clinic is minutes from the Windward business corridor, making it seamless for local corporate professionals to transition directly into our evening IOP track after standard working hours — without fighting major regional highway traffic.

Milton, GA

10 to 15 minutes

Route: GA-140 / Houze Road or Birmingham Highway down to Windward Parkway.

We provide a mid-tier level of care for Milton residents who are seeing private-practice therapists but need daily clinical stabilization.

Roswell, GA

12 to 20 minutes

Route: GA-400 North (Exit 11 / Windward) or Alpharetta Highway.

For working adults in historic or suburban Roswell, our daytime PHP allows patients to receive comprehensive psychiatric care and return home to their families by mid-afternoon.

Johns Creek, GA

Route: State Bridge Road or Jones Bridge Road, connecting to GA-400 North toward Windward Parkway.

Our adult-only (18–64) focus ensures professionals and parents from Johns Creek receive treatment alongside peers navigating similar adult milestones and stressors.

Commute estimates are approximate and depend on time of day and traffic on GA-400. Mendwell does not operate transportation services.

Hyper-local FAQs

What North Fulton families ask before starting care.

Can I use public transit to reach Mendwell from Atlanta?

Mendwell is located in the North Fulton suburbs. MARTA bus routes service parts of Mansell Road and Windward Parkway, but most of our PHP and IOP patients commute by personal vehicle or rideshare. We provide complimentary parking directly in front of our suite for convenience and privacy.

Do you accept referrals from Wellstar North Fulton or Emory Johns Creek?

Yes. Mendwell frequently serves as a step-down program for adults discharging from psychiatric inpatient units at Wellstar North Fulton Hospital, Emory Johns Creek Hospital, and other regional facilities — as well as private practices throughout Fulton and Forsyth counties. We coordinate directly with your case manager, hospital discharge planner, or outpatient psychiatrist to ensure a seamless transition of care.

How does the North Fulton corporate community balance work with evening IOP?

Our evening Intensive Outpatient Program is intentionally built for the regional workforce. Sessions run multiple nights per week after 5:00 PM, allowing tech, finance, and executive professionals along the GA-400 corridor to receive structured group therapy, individual sessions, and psychiatric medication management without taking a formal leave of absence.

What is the difference between PHP and IOP — and which fits my situation?

PHP (Partial Hospitalization) runs about 30 hours per week across 5 full days and is typically used for stabilization or step-down from inpatient care. IOP (Intensive Outpatient) runs 9–15 hours per week across shorter sessions and is typically used for step-down from PHP or for adults who need more than weekly therapy while continuing to work or attend school. A licensed clinician at Mendwell can recommend the right starting level after a confidential phone assessment. Read the full comparison in PHP vs. IOP for Mental Health.

Does Mendwell verify insurance benefits before I start?

Yes. Mendwell can help verify your benefits at no cost. Coverage depends on your plan. Start an insurance verification or call (470) 555-0142.
