Mendwell Behavioral Health was founded on a simple observation: too many people in North Fulton are stuck between a once-a-week therapy hour that isn't enough and a hospital admission that's more than they need. We built Mendwell to be the level of care in between — structured, local, and serious about adult mental health.
Our approach
Treatment at Mendwell is grounded in evidence-based modalities — cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), trauma-focused approaches, and psychiatric medication management when clinically appropriate. We don't chase trends. We use what works, deliver it consistently, and make sure patients understand what's happening in their own treatment plan.

- Family belongs in the room — with permission. When patients want loved ones included, we make it easy and appropriate.
- A good referral out matters as much as a good admission in. We are not the right level of care for everyone, and saying so is part of the job.
Where we are
Mendwell is located in Alpharetta, off GA-400 between downtown Alpharetta and North Point. We serve adults from Alpharetta, Milton, Johns Creek, Roswell, Cumming, Sandy Springs, and the broader Atlanta metro.
Our team
Mendwell's clinical team includes licensed psychologists, licensed professional counselors (LPCs), licensed clinical social workers (LCSWs), psychiatric providers, and case managers. Each team member is credentialed in Georgia and trained in the modalities we deliver.
